The house is close to a small lake and has a lot of terraces with a jacuzzi and view of the lake.. The house is close to nature, running tracks, grocery store, bus stop etc. The garden has an inground trampoline and playhouse. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Liseberg or you can take the bus that is nearby. Close to nature and beautiful surroundings but at the same time close to Gothenburg City and everything the city has to offer.

Lovely boathouse only 30 min from Gothenburg, with amazing seaview over the lake Aspen. Perfect for those who love the outdoors!
