Located in the middle of the village of Kerlouan with all the shops nearby this semi-detached house ( on the left by an unoccupied house and separated by a wall for the house on the right)has a garden of 1600 square meters. Completely renovated, it will offer you the charm of the old, the comfort of a recent renovation, a large garden , a terrace with deckchairs and barbecue, in the middle of the village. You will park without problem in the garden. Lots of beaches to choose from at 2kms. GR 34, surfing, golf( 30km).

The accommodation is situated on the first floor. The RC is occupied during the day, from Monday to Friday, by a liberal professional. The apartment, very quiet, is composed of a kitchenette (fully equipped), a dining area and a relaxation area, two bedrooms (1 bed 160/200 and 2 beds 90/200) each with their shower room and toilet. A bicycle storage room is available. The accommodation is at the entrance to the village, 600 m from the coastal trail. Sandy beaches are about 2 km from the property.

Countryside cottage of 35 sq m, for 2/3 people. Completely renovated, the accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen In the living room, the sofa bed allows sleeping. Upstairs, an atypical bedroom with its 1.50-meter ceiling height on the mezzanine and its double bed, access to which is via a sliding staircase. Outside there is a private terrace. The washing machine is shared and outside. The owners live on site and a deposit is required. Pets not allowed.
