This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you can taste the authentic atmosphere. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance from passing traffic. Everything you need, you will find literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transport. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy Bottendaal district with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course Kester, our horse and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

The center is within walking distance (5 minutes) and the apartment is located around the corner from Nijmegen Central Station (2 min). Only paid parking is possible in the street. Free parking is 10 minutes' walk away. Within 2 minutes' walking distance, you can park for 11 euros a day (Keizerkarelpleingarage).

The house is contemporary decorated overlooking the water. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy porches. The bathroom with a rain shower experience the guests as a wellness area. In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor there is a king-size 2- and a good single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is available for a wonderful game of football or badminton!

The holiday home is close to the Hatertse Vennen and the city of Nijmegen. Our place in the countryside exudes tranquility & a relaxing atmosphere and is located near forests and recreational lakes. The house is luxuriously furnished, equipped with comfortable beds, rain shower & dishwasher. In the summer there is a swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m in the garden ( 1.30/1.40 m deep), in which you can swim.
