Accommodation is unique and positioned in quiet Loke in the centre of Loddon town. 12 miles from Norwich, 14 from beaches. Part of a barn-conversion, the room has private entrance. Traditional English beamed ceiling, bright with window and double French doors overlooking lovely garden ( which you may use). Double bed, small wardrobe plus additional pegs for hanging. Table, chairs. Shower en-suite. Small breakfast bar/ work area. Kettle, fridge freezer, continental breakfast supplies/utensils.

Private double room, own bathroom in great area

Lovely calm & quiet room with private en-suite bathroom, & comfy double bed. I charge a bit more than other private rooms due to an en-suite, plenty of breakfast & no cleaning fee. Usually parking permits free of charge. Easy access to nature, city centre & transport. I'm a quiet & friendly host, able to share info about my city. You have use of downstairs & garden too. There's a secure key box if I'm not in. If booking same day, please enquire first. On booking please tell me about your visit.

Welcoming one bedroom with ensuite bathroom

This spacious room with its own access has a comfortable king-size bed and views to a courtyard. Perfect place for a short stay to attend a wedding or party locally or for track days at nearby Snetterton. The bedding is always pure cotton and past guests always comment on how well they sleep. Guests are able to use the gardens and have breakfast outside weather permitting. A continental breakfast is served at a time of your choosing between 7 and 9 and special requests are always considered.

Beautiful Rural North Norfolk

IDEAL B&B FOR WEDDINGS etc: WITH LICENSED TAXI SERVICE. A light Breakfast of Juice, Toast, Cereals etc. is included. Please contact us before booking if you need earlier than the 3pm check-in. Comfy room: King Size Bed. Tea & Coffee, TV. No shoes indoors is appreciated, free slippers provided. It is a quiet area but when we are busy working it can be hectic. Always a welcoming little place, but not perfect so please take us as you find us.

A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

Access via it's own staircase to double bed room with separate private bath shower,and toilet,all on the same landing. The house is old so some floors are un even and there are quite a lot of steps..There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.
