Located on the coast this beautiful gem has breath taking views, with loads of land for celebrations, activites, family fun A 5 minute walk to the local country pub or a short journey into a little village known as killough. Also close to tryella beach, a short car journey into the beautiful sea side resort known as newcastle where you will find loads of pubs, restaurants, arcades etc. This big beautiful house has so much room, designed beautifully making you feel at home yet away.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore.
