I love my appartement and love to share the energy of this place with others. I have many flowers which makes my home even more cosy. Appartement has probably one of the most beautiful balcony in Poznań! No matter the weather, time spending there is priceless. This special place is close to everything, making easy to plan your visit. - it is based on the third floor (four condignation), no elevator - good work out and amazing sky view - no wifi, no TV - calmness & digital detox

The apartment is located in a very quiet location, right next to the bike path running along the Warta River, and at the same time very close to the Old Town. The perfect place for a weekend tour of Poznań, a business trip, sports competitions or a bicycle tour of the city. The block has only 29 apartments, so you can be sure that you will find peace and a cosy atmosphere. The price includes a parking space in the garage (except for cars with LPG😉)

There is a equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, and a bathroom with a large shower. The apartment has air conditioning for hot days, TV and fast WiFi. Fourth floor, no elevator!
