There are excellent hiking trails or mountain biking trails to explore. The cabin has a parlor with sitting area, couch, large kitchen with dining table, fridge, electric stove, oven, wood stove, coffee machine. 5 bedrooms, shower, WC. Heating with wood stove+electric. In front of the cabin grill, fountain, very large sun terrace. Bread service, offer on request.

It's been lovingly renovated, making it a cozy escape perfect for a family, with 4 bedrooms and one modern bathroom (plus an additional shower!). Ski in/ski-out from Graukogel, it's the ideal place to unwind after a day on the mountain, as you watch the sunset next to the fire from the terrace and relax in the sauna.

The large garden is partially shared with Casa Cere guests (the large adjacent yellow house), without preventing both of you from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and the barbecue area are shared services with Casa Cere guests.
