Quiet place surrounded by native vegetation (Atlantic Forest). It has part of its area included in the APA of Serra de Baturité. The site is located 4 km from the headquarters of Pacoti, and has its access through the EC-253, being 400m from the famous Sítio São Luís Institute. Perfect environment for leisure and rest days, the house has 2 bedrooms (one suite), an American kitchen integrated into the living room, as well as a very cozy balcony with hammock owners.

The VIEIRA SOLAR site has 27ha of forest area almost fully preserved. Our rooms are very comfortable, we have a view of a nature that makes our energies renewed, and you can also take walks on trails, listening to the singing of the birds, as well as visualizing the trees of law, such as massarandubas. On the walk, we also have jackfruit, pitomba, tangerine, crab, pitanga, guava, banana, as well as getting to know old coffee trees. Strictly Familiar Location.

You don't have to buy a place to enjoy a comfortable bucolic cottage in the middle of the woods. Here you have a quiet, airy and spacious place, where you can hike and bathe in the pond and the spout (depending on the season), study, work... connect (wifi) or re-connect. The room has 06 beds and space for 01 network. There is a fee per additional guest. Children under the age of 8 don't pay and between 8 and 12 pay half (see host).
