Fully equipped, w/ balcony and gorgeous city views, blackout shades. Rooftop garden and gym. Does not include free parking. Good for solo, couples and business travel. The weekends can sometimes be noisy from the clubs in the neighborhood.

Nice and spacious apartment near the airport!

Our spacious 64 square meter suite-style apartment is located in Torre Barcelona, zone 9, a centric building, only to 10 minutes from the airport. Comfortable, beautiful, with sound insulation, Internet (100 Mbps), 2 Smart TVs, table games, fan, stereo, fridge, stove, cookware, cold and hot water. Building's personnel is very frindly and attentive. Around the building there are a lot of restaurants, banks, pharmacies and mini markets (Super24 outside the building).

A very comfortable, cozy apartment, just listed, as it has been a long term rental by the last two guests. A quiet separate bedroom with full size closet and HD 30” TV. The separate kitchenette and dining area is definitely a plus, for this apartment. A Lot of light in every room even though the view is limited. A well lighted desk for finishing the work load or studies.
