Unsere Unterkunft bietet problemlos bis zu vier Personen Platz. Genießt die Idylle auf unserem Grundstück sowie in der renovierten Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss. Sie bietet euch neben zwei Schlafzimmern, eine vollausgestattet Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein-einhalb Badezimmer sowie eine Terrasse. Letztere ist aktuell nicht nutzbar wegen Sanierungsmaßnahmen (Stand 17.05.24). Nach Absprache besteht zudem die Möglichkeit die Kellerbar zu benutzen. Selbiges gilt für den Garten inkl. Grill-Pavillon.

My place is close to restaurants and food, public transport. You'll love my place because of the location, surroundings, and neighborhood. Eilpe is a village and a former municipality in the district of Hagen, in Ruhr, Germany. There is a very good connection to the A45. Shopping malls as well as bus connections are in walking distance. The Hagener City is about 5 minutes away from Eilpe. Other major cities, such as Dortmund, can be reached by car via the A45 in about 15 minutes.

Here you will find peace and relaxation in nature. City about 15 min. walking distance (it goes relatively steeply uphill) . Hiking trail below the house. Parking space for cars at the house. Public transport is easily accessible. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with stove, dishwasher, oven, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, rain shower, washing machine, dryer, towel warmer and hair dryer, couch, underfloor heating, sat TV, Wi-Fi, sun terrace.

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the Alte Kornbrennerei and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the primary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.
