At the end of a mile-long private road you find an oasis of calm, a safe haven for kids who can explore the fields, woodland and a gorgeous living willow tunnel. On site facilities- indoor and outdoor swimming pool, play area, indoor soft play, gym, arcade, launderette, restaurant (eat-in or take away), playing field adjacent daytime & evening entertainment- up to the 19th November. Passes are £10 per person per week (under 5's free). A 15 minute walk to beach and fairground.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

Daisy the caravan

Daisy is a small basic caravan that is parked in a quiet corner to the front of our bungalow. She is set up with twin beds and seating for 2 at a small table, The twin bed area can be converted into a double bed. There is a bathroom with toilet wash hand basin and shower which are all fed by rain water whenever its possible. We do not get a mobile signal here and Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss in Daisy.

Pretty self contained annexe in grounds of a medieval listed farmhouse, well equipped kitchen, 2 cosy double bedrooms TVs, lounge with sofa bed, small shower and toilet, hot tub must be booked for private use . Well behaved dogs only please. Lovely breakfast provided to prepare yourselves . We also do a champagne package with nibbles and cake for £40 or with Prosecco for £ 30
