One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. The kingfisher Studio is one of two accommodations on site. The other being the Hare’s retreat ( not in view of each other) The Kingfisher has independent access and garden area. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the historical town of Bury St Edmunds. Surrounded by countryside, we have approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a double bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen/diner living room with a sofa bed.
