Le Moulin de la Forge: loft between woods and river

In the heart of the Pergord Limousin regional natural park, 30 min from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the Alley of Old Trees welcomes you in a green bath. The wooded grounds on 6 ha are a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill camp along the bief; a bamboo garden softened the north flan while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the wood. The facade mirrors the old residential house and the crumbling barn.

Large stone house, originally a mill, on two levels, comfortable, with private enclosed garden. Pets allowed. Located, quietly, in a valley by the Maulde and in a charming village of the PNR of Millevaches in Limousin. 6 km from all shops. Beach with games, monitored in July and August on the nearby river. Fishermen's paradise (river, lakes, ponds). Numerous activities offered in the area ( swimming, hikes, water activities 15 km away)

South: large charming gite on a Vienna island

An independent charming cottage of 2 to 5 people located in the blue mill on an island of La Vienne in the middle of a property of 15 hectares. A small private garden, a shared indoor pool (heated from early April to mid-November), a sauna, a boat, canoes, a ping pong table, a foosball, WiFi, are at the tenant's disposal free of charge. Two large private walks with many accesses to the river.
