Lovely sunny 29qm private balcony room

Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Welcome to the south of Berlin. In our large detached house we provide two single rooms. The guest bathroom is reserved exclusively for our Airbnb guests. In the kitchen you will find utensils for a small breakfast (cereal/coffee/tea), which you are welcome to prepare yourself. There is a direct S-Bahn connection to the Brandenburg Gate (15 min drive). Marienfelde S-Bahn (suburban train) station is just a few minutes walking distance away. Allergy info: we have an (outdoor) cat.

Our heritage-protected manor house (built in 1689) we could renovate and maintain by operating a one wing a small bed & breakfast. We live in the other half of it privately Familiar, hospitable and rural: this is how we welcome our guests, and look forward to visiting our beautiful Seenland Oder-Spree region!
