Located just 5 minutes from Hastings beach. 20 mins from the award winning camber sands and 15 mins from Rye Please note the property has 1 super King bed, & 2 high sleepers (max age 10 due to slide) and a sofa bed. An inflatable mattress is provided also if needed and a travel cot.

1860's Traditional Coastguard Cottage

This 1860 Georgian four bedroom period holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests in a home from home atmosphere with lots of creature comforts provided for a really enjoyable holiday or break. Sorry no pets allowed at the property. Our local beach is a merely a 10 min walk through the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. The walk to the River Rother is less than 5 minutes walk and is perfect for crab fishing. Please note that the actual postcode is in incorrect on some satellite maps and is TN31 7TS.

Master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite toilet, 2 twin rooms and a pull out double in the generous lounge area. Dining space and fully equipped kitchen too. Plenty of space for all. You will find getting around the park easy, with our holiday home just a short, easy walk from the main attraction area. The shop, arcade and restaurant, play area and multi-sports court are all based here.

Our blue plaque is proudly presented at the front of the building. Our Old Town is famous for its busy festive calendar which makes our apartment perfect as a base when attending Jack in the Green, Carnival or Bonfire night or as a relaxing base for visiting one of the many food, wine or musical events.

You have access to 3 floors – two lovely bedrooms, comfy king beds, cotton linen, towels, big window and high ceilings; 1 bathroom, with bath & strong shower & natural toiletries; living /dining room, with big TV and fireplace; bright kitchen and patio & garden. Free parking on the road; 10-minute walk to beach, 5 to the train! The Old Town and St Leonard's are all walkable.
