The modern houseboat has a large living-dining room with panoramic windows, all around glass for great views of the water. Up to 4 people can enjoy the harbor prince... Very close: Hanseatic city of Lübeck with beautiful old town, Baltic Sea beaches, Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature right on the water. You can't get any closer to the sea than on one of our Sealoft houseboats. They are protected from waves and wind moored at the jetty in the harbor of Grossenbrode on the Baltic Sea. You'll have unobstructed views of the water, enjoy the gorgeous sunsets at the top of the rooftop, and sit on deck with a sundowner or dinner on deck. You can also enjoy the sea view from the couch.

Our maritime apartment is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Heiligenhafen on the 4th floor with a balcony to the east side and a view towards the lake, the south beach and the marina, we have lovingly renovated and completely redecorated in 2017. The modern living room is equipped with a cozy couch corner with flat-screen TV and a dining area by the window. From the dining area you have a great view towards Binnensee.

Backboard apartment

Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Old Harbour from the sofa. Studio apartment for 2 persons in first row with direct view on the Old Harbor. Additional sleeping options for another two people or children are always possible through a sofa bed if necessary. The location of the apartment is ideal: the entire old town and the Old Port can be explored on foot. By car, it's about 15 minutes to the beach.

Sun and sea beach house

The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

Strandhuus (pr. Strandhotel) with lake view

The "Strandhotel Heiligenhafen" is very special for us (and many regular guests): It has a sunbathing lawn on the lake, where you can relax when you don't want to go to the beach. Washing clothes? No problem. Rent a bike? Of course you can. And the flat? One room, 30 m2, own kitchen and bathroom.
