My place is close to restaurants and food, public transport. You'll love my place because of the location, surroundings, and neighborhood. Eilpe is a village and a former municipality in the district of Hagen, in Ruhr, Germany. There is a very good connection to the A45. Shopping malls as well as bus connections are in walking distance. The Hagener City is about 5 minutes away from Eilpe. Other major cities, such as Dortmund, can be reached by car via the A45 in about 15 minutes.

Located directly on the river 3.5 room large, by the German Tourism Association classified 4-star, non-smoking holiday apartment in a rustic old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and relax. The entrance to the Sauerländer Waldroute is right around the corner and many nearby attractions (Reckenhöhle, Balver Cave, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpesee is a few minutes drive. My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and enough playground equipment, business people can relax and enjoy the view in the great surroundings after a busy working day.... My place is good for couples, traveling alone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

Cozy apartment with terrace and garden. The property has 2 bedrooms, a double with a bed 180x200 cm, a single room with a bed 100x200 cm. The rooms can also be booked individually ( see my other listings). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Senseo coffee machine, with which you can also prepare filter coffee. On the quiet, covered terrace you can enjoy your meals and sit comfortably. The bathromm has a shower.
