Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

From the outside, you will be enchanted by a beautiful villa from Emperor's time. Inside, a modern furnished apartment with a spacious living and dining area awaits you. In only 400 meters they are at the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The promenade and the stunning pier are just as far away and can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The train station can be reached in five minutes and you can easily get to Usedom by train without using your car.

Wouldn't it be nice if the beach was just a few steps away and you still don't have to forego anything? The bakery where you can get the buns in the morning - just down the stairs. Good restaurants, Italian ice cream and the fish bun in between - around the corner. It is a holiday of the short distances where you can spend more time with what is the most fun on vacation: to relax and just enjoy the day.

In 5 minutes you can reach the beach. Ahlbeck is one of the three-way baths on the island of Usedom. There are two apartments in the house. The renovation of the house began in 2018. The upper apartment is about 140 square meters. The location of the house is very quiet yet centrally located. For two families, there is enough space in the large beach mussel. The apartment is child-friendly.

You have your rest with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours of the entire island There are rarely buses....
