A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center! Here you have all the amenities and functions! The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

Here you can stay all year round in a charming cottage with lake views. In the quiet neighbourhood there are swimming and fishing opportunities. Lanthandel and unmanned gas station only 5 km away. Wood-fired sauna, rowing boat, pedal boat and canoe available to rent, please book in advance. For those who like downhill skiing, both Kanisbacken and Kåbdalis ski lifts are within an hour's reach. Storforsen, Europe's largest unbound rapids, is a well-attended nature reserve nearby - as mighty and beautiful in summer as in winter.

The rustic "härbre" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with a feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace" with many windows has a private wood-burning stove that both heats and creates a completely private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Adorable guest house by the sea

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

Nygårds Ecoliving

Genuine rural setting, with Carl Larsson style on the property( he was a style icon 100 years ago) cozy bunk bed with stairs at the foot end. Small front room for the bedroom with tables, chairs and there is a newly built shower and a toilet. Hot plate, fridge, microwave and water-boiler. Note: No smoking is allowed inside, nor is it allowed to bring pets of any kind. I can also offer accommodation at Nygård's Ecoliving 18th century timber ring (Härbre) and Nygårds Ecoliving Glampingtent on my farm.

Newly built atelier house 24m2 + loft with all the comforts 6.8 km from Luleå city center. Luleå University is only 5.3 km away. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar.
