Die Wohnungen sind sehr zentral gelegen und nach 100 m erreichen Sie die Touristeninformation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Golfen, Radfahren und zahlreichen anderen Aktivitäten ein. Besuchen Sie beispielsweise das Kloster Neresheim oder erleben Sie eine gemütliche Fahrt mit der Bimmelbahn.

Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. In about 7 minutes' walk you can reach the train station, a small supermarket with bakery, steam jetty and our beach with lake pavilion (food & drink) on Lake Ammersee. Hiking & cycling trails start right at your doorstep. 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity in the village.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

my guesthouse in Lake Franconia consists of four modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments and a large garden. The cottage is quietly located between Altmühlsee and Brombachsee on the outskirts of Haundorf. All guests have a large garden at their disposal for relaxing, romping and barbecuing. Private parking is available right in front of the house and of course free internet/Wi-Fi is available. Bicycles can be parked in the garage.

The architect made optimal use of the hillside location to the east for the apartment located in the basement. In addition to stays for business reasons, the apartment is also suitable for holidays in the Chiemgau. Munich is easily accessible via the subway from Messestadt Ost (26 minutes to the subway).
