Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. The downtown city center is less than a 15 minute drive. Maumee Bay State Park is less than a 30 minute drive. If you don't want to leave, there is workout equipment, a pool table, fire pit, and a hot tub all on the premises. This house holds up to 4 people but fits 3 comfortably.
