There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, owned by the same family for over 60 years, at the end of a farmers track under Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s remote both in location and from modern life. You have space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Lower ground floor is a spacious kitchen diner with french doors out to the enclosed courtyard. The cottage has lovely original features, such as the charming staircase, exposed stone inglenook fireplace with log burning stove & wooden floorboards. Quality cooker, fridge and kitchen items. Sleeping 2 in a super king Feather & Black bed with Emma mattress, a z-bed is available if requested for a young child.
