We live in the downstairs attached home, and are a legally owned & permitted Airbnb, which means you will never risk losing your booking with us because we are compliant with city laws! We are located just a few blocks away from NJ transit bus stop. Commuting to port authority NYC in 15-20 mins. Deli, pharmacy, parks, playgrounds, and a variety of eateries are within 5-10 minute distance. Street parking requires a permit. You may use my driveway to park 1 car. Always leave car key inside apt incase of an emergency.
