This luxury townhome aims to be the most family friendly place in the valley. Newly built in 2022, it has a 2-car garage, baby gates, a Pack N Play with mattress, toddler table, high chair, and three large baby mats styled as rugs. Enjoy the pool, splash pad, hot tub, large grassy area, 2 bicycles and a 2-child bike trailer. Very close to the 20+ mile Wood River Trail bike path. Near the airport and construction, so there is some noise during the day, but kids' rooms are more quiet.

Recently renovated 3-bedroom duplex located in a prime Boise bench location, just minutes away from all the city has to offer. Beautiful hardwood floors and modern butcher block countertops. Large, private fenced backyard with a patio and grill. Situated on a corner lot, with each unit having its own private yard and driveway. Entry to the other unit is around the corner on a different street, and there is only one shared wall. No facilities or amenities are shared between the units.
