Charming country house by the lake.

Rest and simplicity with comfort, joy and high spirits. The house is close to the lake and is 3Km from the center of Boa Esperança and Bicano beach, which makes it easy to walk by walking on the lakefront promenade. The town is 5 km from the barrio beach and 27 km from the Serra da Boa Esperança. By car everything is close, but if you are without a car we have Uber to recommend. Beautiful place with lots of tour options. The city has very well-structured freshwater beaches. You'll fall in love.

Cozy and comfortable house-at 30 people.

New house with lake access, containing 6 suites with lake views, gourmet space, heated pool. The house accommodates up to 30 people, and one is charged from the 16th host. The house is in a gated community that provides greater security. We are facing the Terramare peninsula and close to Capitolio and Canions. We also offer new, comfortable and safe speedboats for rent.
