Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. (Total area of villa : 189m2) The traditional aesthetic and thoughtful design of the villa, along with all the modern amenities offered will guarantee a pleasant and confy experience for families and couples.

Villa Giulia, seaview villa

5 minutes far by foot from the village and 15 minutes by foot to the beaches of Mylopotas and Kolitsani. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can host 6 guests. It has a big living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It has its own linen. It has a private sea view patio with barbecue. The house shares a pool with another habitation. N.B. To get to the house it is needed to do some steps (around 60)
