Stylish and Tranquil Home by the Sea

Bright airy apartment with patio doors from the living room leading outside to a small seating area that’s a little sun trap, there’s a large comfy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is compact, with all cooking facilities, fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, there are also 2 bar stools to sit and have a swally on! Both bedrooms have comfy beds and drawer units, black out curtains for lovely long lies. There is kids toys, books and games. It’s a 2 minute walk to the seafront!

Come and visit this fully equipped apartment with mod cons and be blown away with the panoramic views of the Rover Clyde, mountains and lochs of Argyll. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway while watching cruise ships, super yachts and boats of all shapes passing by with a different sunset every single night. This is a very well equipped apartment with enough room for 4 people with a car space. We are less than ten minutes walk from the train station and ferry terminal.

Lovely bright seafront ground floor apartment

Enjoy a wonderful break at our bright seafront apartment. We are perfectly situated across from 2miles of golden sandy beach. The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront indoor and outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Belleisle Park is nearby with it's excellent municipal Golf course and gardens. NowTV , Disney+ and Netflix are also included along with a Wii console and games.

The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach/promenade, and a ten min walk to town centre. The surrounding area has great opportunities for hill walking / outdoor pursuits. Provided also are tea, coffee, sugar, milk. The flat is deep cleaned and sanitized in between each stay.
