The property has 2 living areas and one can be configured as a big double bedroom, please let me know when booking how you want it to be set up. There is a king size in the main bedroom and bunks in the other. A Victorian flat refurbished to a high standard. A gateway to Arran, Ayrshire and beyond . The ferry terminal, South Beach and North Shore are a 15 minute walk. Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.

Situated on a working sheep farm with stunning panoramic views. We are based within walking distance from the town of Maybole which offers great transport links. We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. Bright airy apartment with patio doors from the living room leading outside to a small seating area that’s a little sun trap, there’s a large comfy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is compact, with all cooking facilities, fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, there are also 2 bar stools to sit and have a swally on! Both bedrooms have comfy beds and drawer units, black out curtains for lovely long lies. There is kids toys, books and games. It’s a 2 minute walk to the seafront!

Come and visit this fully equipped apartment with mod cons and be blown away with the panoramic views of the Rover Clyde, mountains and lochs of Argyll. Enjoy a wonderful break at our bright seafront apartment. We are perfectly situated across from 2miles of golden sandy beach. The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront indoor and outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Belleisle Park is nearby with it's excellent municipal Golf course and gardens. NowTV , Disney+ and Netflix are also included along with a Wii console and games.
