Large house with airy rooms huge kitchen where there's always one more. It has 3 well-distributed rooms to serve those who want privacy or not The outdoor area is the preferred room it is wonderful where everyone likes to lie in the hammock to hear stories... The main room is used to leave all hiking equipment Here is a lot of us, Fabiana and Jeovani, who takes care of the space, takes care of the cleanliness, always impeccable delivery to each new group that arrives.

Less than 5 minutes walk: supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, hospital, gas station. Access by stairs. The property DOES NOT have its own parking, but parking on the street or next to the building is not a problem, as the city is very quiet with a low rate of theft.

The house has automation by ALEXA and has two rooms with Air Conditioning, bathroom , full kitchen and living room with Smartv and wifi throughout the property. Outside we have an in-law with a big table, chairs, fridge, barbecue and bathroom. In the uncovered area we have a pool and two showers. Covered garage for two cars and large patio for 6 more cars.
