Very clean and comfortable RV with a queen bed in the front, full size bed in the back, Dish TV, a large deck with a full size, climatized shower on it. Covered parking with electrical outlet. Rayburn Resort two miles away. Rayburn resort marina four miles away. Three boat ramps, including Umphrey Pavilion, within 5 miles. 5 restaurants within five miles. This place sits within the comfort and safety of our property and is perfectly located for lots of activities on beautiful Lake Sam Rayburn!

"Cottage in the Pines"-beautiful views/peaceful

Must see -- recently upgraded flooring downstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee/evening drinks on the deck or the covered pavilion located on the property. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out by the fire pit w/family. Grill outside while enjoying a movie or your favorite sports! 5-minute walk to our neighborhood park with fishing, a small beach area, picnic tables, grill, sand volleyball court and lots of space to play. Pets will enjoy our fenced backyard to run and play.

Located in the Piney woods near three national forests and The Big Thicket Preserve as well as Lake Livingston, the 2nd largest lake in Texas and Lake Livingston State Park. Large deck allows gorgeous views the year around. 100+ acre lake perfect for kayaks, paddle boarding, with fishing. Comfortable for 6 to 8 people. Come for a relaxing weekend, only 70 miles from heart of Houston, or snowbirds, come and stay for awhile.
