The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

The main spacious home easily sleeps six guests, and is overlooked by the treehouse retreat that sleeps four in comfort. Strictly no parties permitted.
