A clean 21sqm studio apartment located on the edge of the park in a quiet detached house area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot as a detached house and at its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available. Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Beautiful log house on the beach in Pielinen. Peaceful location, stunning scenery, and great outdoor activities best describe this home. In winter, the ski track can be reached from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski trails of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. Good hillside opportunities in the yard of the cottage, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, the city's services are available a few kilometers away.
