The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors 15 minutes from the center of Borås. Listing plan is completely newly renovated and all beds are brand new. 1 km to a really nice lake where you can swim, fish & grill. Within walking distance (5min) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community there are also tennis courts, padel courts, bathhouses, a footpath around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (which has older standards) there is another toilet, a shower and a washing machine.

On the garden there is a playground for those traveling with smaller children. Smart TV with Netflix & disney+ & wifi available. Large terrace with table & chairs and access to barbecue. Your closest neighbor is us, please note we have a rooster, he may be early to crow. Note: The cleaning fee is for borrowing sheets & towels. Please leave the house in the same condition.

Our house offers a spacious, comfortable, and peaceful atmosphere for the whole family. It sits on a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Front yard offers a great view and back yard provides plenty of space for fun and leisure. Many walking/bike trails in the vicinity and several nice lakes suitable for small children. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of space for fun and socializing! The villa is large and spacious and has room for 2 families, with open spaces and several places to sit and socialize, both indoors and outdoors. The house is located in a residential area with only 5 minutes drive to the top of Isaberg and 10 minutes walk to the lake with nice swimming area. Chargers for electric cars are available for a fee of 5 crowns/kwh.Please take your own cord to the charger.

Welcome to stay in the country at Knohult! Here is a villa with plenty of space. The garden is big with room for play! Private patio right next to the house. Close to connections and getting to surrounding cities. Jönköping, Eksjö, Tranås, Nässjö, Aneby etc. Possibility to use a boat and get out on the lake. Down by the lake there is a barbecue area. 2.5 km gravel road to the lake. Many nice gravel roads to walk or bike along. Down by the lake there is a smaller private swimming area.
