It is a log house in Hakusan city .you can use outside bath and inside bath are use natural hot spring. About this area, Recently it has been certified as a UNESCO Global Geopark.There are national parks, ski resorts, hot spring Places ,organic restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also about 30 minutes to Kanazawa, and has good access to the World Heritage Site and Shirakawa-go. I have Eabikes, , so even if you don't have a car, you can enjoy this area. Higashiyama Chitaru is newly renovated house located in center of Higashi Chaya District. It's easy to find the place as it's along the main street of the city. A Chaya (in other word "teahouse") is an exclusive type of restaurant where guests are entertained by Geisha lady who perform song and dance. There are 3 Chaya District in Kanazawa, and Higashi Chaya is the biggest one. You can enjoy the serenity Chaya district in the early morning when you stay at Chitaru and get up early.
