An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

New, stylish designed apartments. Household appliances of the upper segment, everything for cooking and have a meal at home. High quality furnitures, comfortable mattresses. Soft turkish bed linens and towels. Nice, warm decor throughout the house. Air conditioning, TV, unlimited Wi-Fi. Private small balcony. Please, dont enter with shoes into the house. Disposable slippers are provided. Smoking inside the house all types of cigartes including hookah is strictly prohibited.

It is a luxury apartment located in one of the most decent areas of Konak, two minutes walking distance from the sea and the tram stop, three stops from Konak and Fahrettin Altay, with a walking park behind it, the building and all the furniture are brand new. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. Everything needed for long-term stays is available in the flat. It is a residence in which you will feel special, peaceful, and positive.
