It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Completely newly renovated house for 8 people (plus small children). Open and modern, with lots of storage and a large sundeck for sunbathing and dining. 3 min walk to a wonderful beach and near golf and tennis courses. 25 min from Copenhagen or Malmö Airport. 20 min to Malmö City. The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.
