Minimum age to book - 25. Makin Waves is located on the first floor of a privately owned home with its own private entrance. The only thing between Makin Waves and the beach are the sand dunes. The beach is only a short distance, approximately 3/4 of mile via access road 1-A. This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.
