Wir sind Xaver und Moritz, zwei lustige 🐈 und die besten Freunde! Unser Haus 🏠 "Villa Itter" liegt am Siedlungsrand neben Bauernhöfen, die Ferienwohnung im EG und ist ausgestattet mit Küche, Bad, Doppelbett sowie einem Schlafsofa. (Zum fressen) gerne haben wir Gäste, die mit uns kuscheln, uns streicheln,.. und wo wir auch mal ein Nickerchen machen können. Wir mögen auch "4-Beiner-Gäste" 🐶 wenn sie auch so nett sind wie wir! We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

The country house on the edge of the forest was completely renovated in 2016. It has 4 double rooms. One of the bed features the dimensions 140cm x 200cm. One room is located on the ground floor with access to the garden. Three more on the first floor. Two with access to the balcony. The country house has two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living / dining room with access to the terrace and the 800 m2 fenced garden. It is a wonderful starting point for hiking & sporting activities.

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021. When designing the house, and in particular, the sustainability and the love for the detial were particularly important. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. The gondola in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area can be reached in 5 minutes by free ski bus or by car. The Kaiserfleckerl, the ideal starting point for a quiet or exciting vacation in the heart of Tyrol.
