Charming little house in old west Trail. The town of Trail is located in the heart of the West Kootenay. House has large fenced front yard and private patio area with BBQ area. This house does not have central air. We provide a fan and AC in the bedrooms. Kids playground across the street. Street parking available. 50 minutes to Nelson, 25 minutes from Red mountain, 10 minutes to Rossland, 25 minutes to Castlegar, 5 minutes from TECK, 2 minutes to downtown Trail and the Columbia river.
