Charming summer residence by the forest and beach

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides and has sea views. We have both deck chairs, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire pit. There is wifi, cromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem schönen Haus am Meer! Hier findet ihr alles, was ihr zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Vom Wohnzimmer und vom großen Schlafzimmer hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Außenförde. Hier kann man wirklich die Seele baumen lassen! Ofen, Sauna, Strand, gutes Essen, Geselligkeit mit Freunden und Familie, oder einfach nur Abschalten. Der Naturstrand ist vom Grundstück aus über einen direkten Strandzugang zu erreichen. Slap af med din familie i vores dejlige sommerhus. Huset ligger i et naturskønt område med gåafstand til børnevenlig strand og skov. Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde. Generelt er det et lyst og velindrettet hus, som kan tilbyde dig den perfekte atmosfære til et behageligt og afslappende ophold.

A lovely view of the sea with an indoor fireplace.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
