Delightful upmarket family home with pleasant sea views. Solar panels for backup. Well appointed open plan kitchen. Comfortable sized bedrooms. Quiet neighbourhood. Pleasant walk to beach or quick drive by car if you carrying luggage. Fabulous outdoor patio area with barbeque facilities. Inviting swimming pool. Fully alarmed security. Parking in lock-up garage for one car and under carport for additional 2 cars. Please note the house may not be rented for school raves or parties.

Perfect for families, world schoolers Or unschoolers. Playgroup and co working space included. Best suits a couple, traveling with children or teens. Sounds of nature (birds, monkeys and bush babies) can be heard as you sit around the fire pit. Children’s toys, cot etc available or request. Next door to playground and park, nanny available on request. Absolutely not suitable for parties, events or loud festivities (no music allowed).

It is the perfect spot for swimmers, surfers, romantic getaways and awesome family time. Dorado Bay offers its own private pool and braai area. There is a restaurant, "Impulse by the Sea " which makes the top 3 curries in the entire province, within walking distance.
