Sant Carles Rapita. Superbe flat , the sea at 3mn

it's a nice and quite big apartment aprox 70 m2. there is 2 rooms, one big with a bed king size and one for vthe childs with 2 beds. The living room has a big tv, leather sofas and you will have the air cond . Kitchen is separate with ceramic hob, washing machine, freezer, oven, everything is new, everything is functional, air con in all the rooms include kitchen and bath room. You will be at 5 mn walking from the beach, restaurants, and shops. I will be ther for the keys and speak english

The apartment is spacious and in a good location. With 3 bedrooms, 3 king size beds, one of the rooms has a bathroom with a bathtub and the other bathroom with a shower. Place perfect for couples, business, and families because of the size and the commodities of the apartment. Near to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets. Very near to the south and north beach as well. A couple of walks steps to the Peñiscola’s castle and center.

Central apartment with three bedrooms. It is located in front of the Consum supermarket and very close to the center, beaches and places of interest. It has an outdoor parking space included in the price( very useful due to the lack of free parking space). It has air conditioning/heat pump in the living room. Wifi connection.
