New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

Very bright apartment, hyper center, 4* INPI

Very nice apartment, 55 m2, on the 2nd floor. 2' from the old port (all the fun without the nuisances), 5' from the central market and 7' from the train station: perfect to enjoy on foot all the charms, many, of La Rochelle. The view is relaxing, not directly opposite: the stay to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, on the canal and the Church of Saint Saviour (XVII th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

beautiful home apartment

My 62m² home is located right in the heart of the historic center, on a pedestrian street, easy to access. A stone's throw from the old port, the market, shops etc . No car needed: everything is in walking distance. You'll love my place because of the comfort and thoughtful decor. Upon arrival, beds are made, towels are provided, and 1st breakfast is offered. There is a parking space in the private parking lot 10 minutes walk from the apartment and a bike room.
