My place is close to the beach, but very quiet. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, close to Arcachon Casino, and close by. The terrace is well oriented, the apartment is very bright. "Cleaning fees" correspond to the supply of linens (sheets, towels, tea towels...). The apartment is to be returned in the condition in which it was restored. Failure to do so will be subject to retention from the deposit. Residence contains secure underground parking
