There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! Our house is in a great location only a short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. The house has excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise as there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

Absolutely breath-taking views from the balcony, the huge living area and the bedroom! Spacious apartment with open plan dining, lounge and full kitchen. Recently re-furnished with a very comfortable bed and sofa/sofa bed. Quiet location. 5 minute drive to Queenstown centre. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. This is the whole of the upstairs of the house. There is 2 studio apartments below, they are locked off from the rest of the house which may be rented separately during your stay!

Remarkable stay in Queenstown !!!

Our place is located very close to Remarkable Ski resort, it’s about 3 mins to bottom of the mountain. And 7 mins to Queenstown airport. There is a children’s playground in the neighborhood. We have just installed a new SPA pool at backyard! You can enjoy Remarkable mountain view while using SPA. No Party or event at the house. Noise Sensor and Surveillance cameras installed on site (Facing outdoor entrance) to help prevent disturbances for our neighbors.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house close to all that Arrowtown has to offer. Has a large well equipped kitchen with excellent indoor and outdoor flow for all year entertaining onto a patio at the front and a decking at the rear. Well insulated and plenty of heating to keep warm in the colder months. Plenty of off-street parking, a small supermarket 50m down the road which also has a regular bus service to Queenstown
