It offers space for up to 3 persons, a box spring bed (1.80 x2m), sofa bed in the living room. Towels + bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn train station is a 3-minute walk. With the S-Bahn-Birkenstein, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked free of charge on the property.

Our vacation rental is accessible and is located directly at the Adlershof landscape park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and the airport BER is about 15 minutes away by car. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet. It's on a play street, and a charging option for electric cars is right outside the door. In our residential area there is always one parking space. High chair and travel cot.

Since July 2018, we have operated 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and 2 children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over Lake Beetz, access to the on-site beach and a boat mooring just a 5-minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday area you will find a playground to romp around and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Camping on the holiday site is also possible by arrangement.

Welcome to the attic, light and generously sized, accessible via a (narrow) spiral staircase (inconvenient for people with walking disabilities). With open well equiped kitchen, dining area and friendly workspace. Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with tub and toilet as well as large living area with (sleeping)couch, TV and DAB radio A shower room is available on the 1st floor.

The studio with kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower in a former sheep stable allows a generous view to the outside and has two private outdoor areas. So you can watch our animals and nature directly from inside and out.
