Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

Lilypad is in a rural setting situated just five minutes from Bethlehem Town Centre with some great little eateries and also being a short distances from Tauranga CBD You can sit on the deck or breakfast bar and think about the day ahead or settle in for a barbecue relaxing for the night. Cereals/toast/spreads/milk/juice/tea.coffee etc provided. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children

Home Away From Home At Hector

A self-contained dwelling which is located along side our home, it has all the necessities required for a home away from home. Our property is in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of privacy creating a safe and secure place to stay. Ideally is for a couple but is capable of housing a family on a budget. Often used by professionals and doctors for short term hospital placements. Quality beds and cosy sofa with a decent size TV with Netflix and heat pump for those rainy days when you can’t get out.

Sweet Retreat

This cabin is self-contained and it has a lovely personal, romantic touch to the room with a very comfortable Queen-size bed. The cabin is complimented by a spacious deck with water views and walnut trees. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga, and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing dining and shopping centers. Uber Eats also delivers to the area. Continental breakfast is included. What else could you ask for? A Perfect Retreat!

Punga Lodge is 20 mins SE of Cambridge 10 mins from Lake Karapiro, hosting everything from Rowing World Cups to Hydroplane racing, waterski comps and triathalons. It is 20 mins away from Hobbiton and the entrance to MEI Sanctuary. Being 1 hr drive from Raglan, Mt Maunganui, Taupo and Rotorua. We aim to provide clean and comfortable indoor outdoor living while enjoying beautiful views, peace and tranquility whilst relaxing in your own mountain hideaway with amazing stargazing opportunities.

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Please note our price includes cleaning fees Our beautiful cottage has been described as “a hidden gem”. It is very spacious with two queen size beds. There is a gorgeous wrap around couch that is large enough for two adults to lie comfortably to read a book or watch t.v. The big screen TV has Netflix available for your viewing pleasure. There is an ample dining table and a kitchenette equiped with an electric jug, toaster, microwave and a small fridge.
