Studio on the ground floor of an independent house (the floor is not rented) with 3 beds (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), spacious kitchenette furnished and equipped with table and 6 chairs, rest area with 2 armchairs and very beautiful fireplace (non-functional), large bathroom fully carved into the rock with bathtub and walk-in shower, independent toilet, private terrace with hot tub from May to mid-seven.

this apartment is very well located for visiting the Loire Castles and also discovering the city, its restaurants, bars and especially the magnificent banks of the Loire. Foot on the ground also ideal for cycling the Loire: i have a secure bike storage. Bedroom 1 overlooks an inner courtyard, the living room and kitchen overlook Rue Colbert and bedroom 2 overlooks a small street, my apartment being corner. Breakfast is included with local produce.

An exclusive spot in front of the river, a calm place perfect for hiking or bicycling. We got 3 bicycles for you. Many beautiful villages and vineyards to visit all around and you are in the middle of a big forest. The bird life is amazing. You will understand why this place does n t need a tv.
