60 m2 apartment on the mezzanine floor with 1 bedroom with double bed, large kitchen-cum-living-room with double sofa bed and pellet stove, plus a bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and a view of the magnolia tree. 100-year-old ship floors, comfortable sofas and reading chairs, flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player as well as a selection of classic films for rainy evenings. Sauna and use of the garden included. Kitchen with all appliances. The one with the pink sofa!

The apartment is fully equipped, from dishwasher to gas grill to blender, 2xTV. With sauna, garden, terrace.... It is a 3-minute drive to the reservoir. The river Steyrling flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel benches and the possibility to refresh yourself. (200m from the house). Inn, Bongos pizza and village shop 5 min walking.

I offer you a beautiful and recently renewed apartment on two floors with a living room, a new kitchen, dining area, sofa and a 4K Smart TV. On the upper floor, you find two separate bedrooms and a balcony. Downstairs you find a huge bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with an air condition for hot days as well as heated floors when it gets cold outside!
