Large charming Louisiana style family house of 240 m2 150 m from the beach and 5 minutes from the CV. Garden. Numerous beds: 5 double beds and a sofa bed on the ground floor and 1st floor, additional beds on the ground floor on request. 2 private shower rooms. 1 shower room for 3 other bedrooms. 4 WC including 2 separate. Large dining kitchen and small living room on the ground floor. Summer kitchen on the garden floor. Living room with fireplace on the 1st floor. Pkg 2 cars and free of charge in perpendicular streets

Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.
