Dream house (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large house of architectural value, immersed in a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just 45 minutes drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming house spread over three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream holiday. Lodging: You will have 1 triple room, 2 double rooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, washbasin, bidet, 1 other room with "French" bed and toilet service, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to have lunch outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Men's - Women's Dependance shared toilet service: Inside the guest house you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue ) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; cook available on request. Information: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco D.O.C.G. area and is particularly convenient to reach Venice, which is 45 minutes away by road, or Cortina d 'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Tenants will have to pay the tourist tax at check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding minors under 14 years of age. Villa Dolce is pleasant to elegant and refined people who travel, looking for a unique and precious location, to better appreciate the local food and wine and the beauties of our country. Spritz & Love Venice apartment

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!
